All Members need to be Briefed on the Following
In order to respect the judgement rendered July 4th 2003 confirming that swingers clubs are legal in Canada, the following rules apply to all members of club Nuances. Note that club Nuances is a place where the general public is not admitted. Admittence is reserved for members only. Access and the membership card are privileges which can be accorded, refused or revoqued entirely at the sole discretion of the administration of the club.
If the membership card cannot be presented at the entrance, another card with the same number must be purshased to replace it. If the card is found, the replacement card will be reimbursed upon return.
Cameras and recording devices of any kind are not permitted on the premices.
During evenings reserved for couples and single women, no man may stay if their partner decides to leave the club. During these evenings, all men must be accompanied by their partners when entering any of the rooms reserved for sexual activity.
It is forbidden to bring your drink's into any of the rooms reserved for sexual activity.
Every act must be consentual and one must respect that a refusal is a fundamental right. No means no!
